Service packages

We offer technical support for the entire duration of the warranty of a specific product. The support ticket will be closed and marked as successfull as soon as the problem/error has been resolved.

The support does not include assistance for the configuration of our products.

In this case, please take a look at the respective manuals or offered training courses. INTEREL Trading is not liable for faulty configurations or damage given to the hardware or software by third parties. Check the table below for our service packages.
